Downtown Events - Throughout the year, the DDA schedules special events that are held in the heart of Downtown Cheboygan. Volunteers perform a wide range of tasks from registering participants, to coordinating contests, to selling event goods and merchandise.

TEAM Cheboygan - TEAM Cheboygan volunteers assist in the cleanup of Downtown by sweeping sidewalks, cleaning the parks, and preserving the beauty of Downtown Cheboygan.

Steering Committee - The Downtown Cheboygan Steering Committee is a group of business owners and professional representatives from Downtown businesses whose goal is to promote the betterment of Downtown Cheboygan.
